A total of 300 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) State University of Malang (UM) took the Entrepreneurship Competency Test on Monday (25/11) in Hall E3 and D4 FEB UM. This entrepreneurial competency test is in collaboration with the Professional Certification Institute (LSP) for Entrepreneurial Management and Productivity Merdeka, Malang. Prior to this entrepreneurial competency test, students were given socialization or pre-assessment on (20/11). This competency test is a form of concern from the department to equip students before entering the world of work. Moreover, in the present era skill entrepreneurship is needed.

"Entrepreneurship Competency Test as a companion certificate for a diploma. In this case, the department collaborates with the Professional Certification Institute (LSP) for Entrepreneurial Management and Independent Productivity, as well as the Department of Manpower and Transmigration (Disnaker) of Malang City, "said Dr. Hj. Puji Handayati, SEAk., MM, CA., CMA as the committee chairman. This series of competency test events was carried out in two stages, namely the written test stage and the interview test.

About twenty assessors became examiners in the test. The class is divided into ten, each class supervised by two assessors. One of the acessors said, "This certification is a recognition that students have entrepreneurial competence. Students who have taken the entrepreneurship course are tested in order to obtain a certificate. Later the certificate can be used as a portfolio in applying for jobs.
