Team Bio Wins 1st Place in Division 2 Student Digital Innovation Competition (LIDM)
State University of Malang (UM) is again proud of the achievements made by the Bio Team amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Achievements came from Jasmine Nurul Izza (FMIPA), Zahra Firdaus (FMIPA), Baskoro Indra Cahya (FS), and Alby Aruna (FS), who were supervised by Deny Setiawan, M.Pd, and won 1st place in Division 2 Digital Material Innovation event. Student Digitas Innovation Competition (LIDM), on (05/09). “I am very happy to have a new family, the process is very dramatic because from the start the team formation and work were very sudden. When submit video the presentation failed repeatedly until the last 4 minutes remained, ”said Jasmine.
The Bio Team created an innovation that was much needed in the New Normal era, namely Biochemistry Virtual and Multiple Representative Laboratory (B-Lab). B-Lab is a virtual laboratory for synchronous and asynchronous meetings which was created as a revitalization step for practicum on line. "The struggle is not easy, starting from proposal selection to work demonstrations. My team and I did a lot of effort so that we didn't sleep, of course we didn't forget to balance it with prayer and charity, ”he said when being interviewed about how hard they put in to win the championship.
